Return & Refund Policy
At KIDDYHOP, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received
- It must be in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please email us at info@kiddyhop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note: Refunds will not include shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Health and hygiene products (e.g., pacifiers, baby bottles) if packaging is opened
