1. Store Model – Dropshipping

KIDDYHOP operates as a dropshipping store. This means we do not hold stock directly. When you place an order, we source and ship the item from our trusted third-party suppliers.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

- Processing time: 1–3 business days - Shipping time: 7–21 business days depending on your location

Delivery times may vary due to customs, supplier delays, or postal services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. Payments

We accept secure payments via PayPal. Prices are displayed in GBP (£). All payments are due at the time of purchase. No credit terms are provided.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they are processed automatically and cannot be modified.

5. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or size may occur due to manufacturing differences.

6. Customer Responsibilities

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. KIDDYHOP is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address entries.
